Information on Kongsberg Automotive`s Extraordinary General Meeting

Zurich, August 28, 2023: A group of shareholders representing more than 5% of the shares in Kongsberg Automotive (KA) has requested an Extraordinary General Meeting for the election of new members of KA's Board of Directors and the members of the company`s Nomination Committee. The Extraordinary General Meeting will be held within one month. A notice and agenda for the meeting will be sent out within one week.
