Purchase of treasury shares in Kongsberg Automotive ASA

On 30 April 2015 Kongsberg Automotive Group bought 400.000 shares in Kongsberg Automotive ASA at a price of NOK 6,1179 per share. The shares were purchased for the Company's share options programs. Subsequent to the transaction KA holds 5.110.942 own shares.
