Kongsberg Automotive has  refinanced its existing revolving Facility with a new Facility on 05/03/2015

With reference to the press release dated 02/12/2014 about the new terms for a 3+1+1 year refinancing of the existing revolving facility, Kongsberg Automotive has refinanced its existing facility with a new revolving Facility provided by DNB, Danske Bank and BNPParibas.

” This new Facility reflects better market conditions and gives us further flexibility. We are very pleased with the support of the Lenders DNB, Danske Bank and BNPParibas to secure this important financing for the Group” said Trond Stabekk, Kongsberg Automotive’s CFO.
