Fluid Transfer contracts in North America worth EUR 24 million (NOK 199million)

Kongsberg Automotive’s Fluid Transfer business area has secured contract awards totalling EUR 24 million (NOK 199 million) from the North American truck, bus and passenger car Automotive markets.

Kongsberg Automotive will supply one of North America’s largest manufacturers of heavy duty trucks with our high temperature fluid assembly portfolio that transfers oil, air and water around the latest generation engines. The estimated total value of this award is EUR19 million, with supply to begin in 2014 and continue through 2018.

Also, Kongsberg Automotive secured an agreement to supply our high temperature fuel lines, Fluorocomp®, to one of the world’s largest providers of fuel systems for passenger cars. The estimated total value of this award is over EUR5 million between 2014 and 2017.
