CHANGES TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Havdal has appointed Scott Paquette as new Executive Vice President for the Interior business area. Paquette has been Executive Vice President for the Fluid Transfer business area since 2010. He will continue to serve as part of the Group’s Executive Committee and report to the CEO.

Havdal has also appointed Jonathan Day as Executive Vice President for the Fluid Transfer business area. Day has been Director for Operations for the Power Products business area and will join the Group’s Executive Committee and report to the CEO as of September 6.

Raymond Bomya has been heading the Interior business area since 2010, and has held several managerial positions in his seven years with the company. "We are grateful for Raymond’s valuable contributions to the company and I wish him all the best going forward", says CEO Hans Peter Havdal.
